About the role
- You support branch management with leadership tasks in the branch and act as a full deputy, complementing and representing them as needed.
- You create a work environment that promotes learning and development within the team.
- You create positive customer experiences and, as a role model for your sales colleagues, actively contribute to achieving the branch's targets.
- You sell all postal and non-postal branded products.
- These include, for example, regional products and various telecommunications offers.
- You also actively advise our customers on services from other sectors, such as health insurers, insurance companies, and banks.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in sales, retail, commercial/business administration, or a similar field and have relevant professional experience.
- You are a strong role model for your team and possess reliable communication and interpersonal skills.
- You actively shape change and know how to motivate and engage employees.
- You are digitally proficient and experienced in using common MS Office programs.
- Good German language skills are required for competent advising; other language skills are an advantage.
