About the role
- Responsible for duty and roster planning for personnel and vehicles
- Defining clear work instructions to efficiently organize planning and dispatch
- Contributing to the development of future system requirements
- Responsible for planning and dispatch processes
- Monitoring implementation across different planning zones
- Ensuring the quality of planning processes
- Responsible for performance data in the procurement and budgeting processes
Requirements
- Tertiary education, preferably in public transport, logistics, industrial engineering or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in public transport, logistics, business informatics or transport planning
- Extensive leadership experience
- Experience in requirements management, planning and dispatch
- Good understanding of business administration and working time regulations
- Very good user skills with planning tools
- Experience in process design and optimization
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Very good spoken and written German
- Good (spoken) knowledge of a second national language
