Requirements
- Completed vocational training or experience in the service sector
- Enjoy phone-based customer contact, ideally with prior experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills in German and a second national language (French or Italian)
- Proficient in simultaneously using multiple IT applications and communication tools (phone, email, chat)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts and to respond empathetically to the diverse needs of our customers
