About the role
- In close collaboration with the business, you refine optimization and innovation ideas with a strong focus on Investing & Retirement as well as Digital Assets
- Together with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture, you develop consistent, value-adding implementation packages and hand them over iteratively to IT
- In cooperation with enterprise architecture, you create a comprehensive architectural representation of the target state for the implementation packages
- You implement optimization and innovation ideas together with interdisciplinary teams and accompany the entire process from analysis through implementation
Requirements
- University degree or completed advanced professional training in economics, social sciences, or a STEM discipline (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering)
- Solid knowledge of the banking sector, ideally in Digital Assets and Investing & Retirement, and several years of experience in business analysis
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and high interpersonal competence
- Enjoyment of working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a systems-oriented mindset
