About the role
- You analyze, specify, model, validate, and manage complex business requirements of software systems
- You bring a business-oriented perspective to data, processes, and functionalities and can translate these into technical concepts/designs
- Together with the team you take ownership of the product and accompany your specified solutions through short implementation cycles to successful rollout
- In the agile team you work side by side with the business, software development, and testing
- You embrace an open team culture and help shape an innovation-friendly working environment
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent further education
- Professional knowledge as a Requirements Engineer or IT Business Analyst in the software development domain
- Practical experience with processes and BPMN modeling
- A flair and affinity for technical interrelationships and experience in a digital environment as well as agile working methods
- High initiative and an articulate, reliable personality
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
