About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the senior-most leader overseeing the organization's paid media investment.
- Translate company-wide business objectives into actionable, holistic, and channel-integrated paid media strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and scale paid media teams.
- Establish and optimize a rigorous test-and-learn framework.
- Define and own the measurement philosophy and attribution approach across all paid channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of paid media experience, with significant time spent in senior or director-level roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with apps and/or marketplace businesses.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
