About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Platform Modernization: Actively contribute to the modernization, refactoring and evolution of the company’s Corporate Components.
- Information Security Focus: Design, evolve and maintain critical security components (Authentication and Authorization) in both Cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with partner technology teams and cross-functional areas.
- DevOps Culture: Develop, optimize and ensure the maintenance of automation, integration and continuous software delivery processes (CI/CD).
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement ongoing improvements related to system performance, resilience, security and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Backend Development Expertise: Strong experience building robust applications with proficiency in Java 8+ and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- DevSecOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and a solid understanding of secure development processes (vulnerability analysis, dependency management and SAST/DAST).
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Practical knowledge or experience with infrastructure automation tools, with a primary focus on Terraform.
- Infrastructure and Application Servers: Hands-on experience with container and orchestration technologies (Docker and Kubernetes) and familiarity with the WebSphere application server.
- Databases: Experience in modeling, managing and consuming relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Integrations and APIs: Proven experience building, modernizing and consuming SOAP, RESTful and/or GraphQL services and architectures.
- Agile Methodologies: Previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams using agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Innovation and GenAI Culture: Practical experience or strong interest in using Generative AI tools to optimize and accelerate code development (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
