About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support design and innovation project activities.
- Structure complex problems and identify opportunities through active listening to partners and users.
- Facilitate Design Thinking processes (or other methodologies), leading workshops and activities to solve critical challenges.
- Map user journeys and operational or project workflows.
- Translate technical requirements and user needs into solutions that are understandable for managers, supporting decision making.
- Develop data and information visualizations (dashboards and infographics) to monitor results.
- Rapidly validate solutions and prototypes, collecting feedback for continuous improvement of projects.
- Monitor the progress of initiatives and support delivery tracking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Design
- Knowledge of project management
- Preparation of presentations, spreadsheets and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
