About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in Auto Insurance IT with a focus on vehicle trackers
Participate in the maintenance and progressive modernization of the vehicle tracking and monitoring platform
Execute the full development cycle, from requirement analysis, flowcharts and layouts to coding and deployment
Write clean, testable and well-structured code, ensuring operational viability and scalability
Integrate software components within modern microservices architectures
Diagnose, debug and upgrade existing systems
Create verification and QA plans
Collaborate with POs, DevOps and other squads in an Agile environment
Ensure continuous integration and delivery of value
Keep technical documentation up to date
Contribute to building a modern architecture and to the digital transformation of vehicle tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Java 8 or higher
Experience with Spring, including Spring Boot and Spring Batch
Experience with .NET Framework
Experience with Angular 7 or higher
Experience with CSS and TypeScript
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins and GitLab
Experience developing microservices
Experience with integrations using Swagger/YAML
Proficiency in test automation with JUnit, Jasmine and Karma
Familiarity with Scrum/SAFe
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
Postgraduate degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience with Oracle and MongoDB (preferred)
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift (preferred)
Knowledge of Redis (preferred)
Experience with Sensedia and MuleSoft (preferred)
