Solution Storytelling: Translate complex algorithms and AI models into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Product Pitching: Act as the primary internal champion for the Asimov platform solutions, engaging business teams and demonstrating the practical impact of AI on their daily operations.
Expectations Management: Align what AI can realistically do today versus hype, maintaining business teams’ trust.
Evangelism: Create and deliver workshops, training sessions and bite-sized learning to demystify AI across the company.
Business Enablement: Train core areas to identify AI use cases, turning passive users into generators of qualified demand.
Business Discovery: Sit with business teams to understand operational bottlenecks or revenue goals, and design the logical architecture of the ideal AI solution.
Product Backlog: Convert those pain points into clear requirements (User Stories) for the data engineering and data science teams.
Technology Radar: Stay obsessed with AI market developments (LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, etc.) and evaluate how to natively integrate them into Asimov.
Databricks Exploration: Maximize use of the Databricks ecosystem (Mosaic AI, Unity Catalog, MLflow) to accelerate development of new Asimov features, ensuring scalability and security.
Demand Hub: Act as the control tower for all AI initiatives, prioritizing the backlog based on impact and effort.
ROI Modeling: Define financial and operational success metrics before a project starts. Rigorously measure compute/token costs (Databricks) versus generated returns (efficiency, churn reduction, new revenue).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Solid experience as a Product Manager for data or AI products.
Practical conceptual knowledge of the Databricks ecosystem (understanding what the platform can deliver for ML/LLMs).
Mastery of product discovery methodologies and prioritization frameworks (RICE, WSJF, etc.).
Analytical ability to build financial models for ROI, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and cost/time savings.
