About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greenfield Development: Build end-to-end (Full Stack) solutions for the foundation and integrations of the New Pricing Platform (NPP), ensuring high scalability from the outset;
Modern Architecture: Translate complex business rules into clean technical solutions using the Java ecosystem, React, and messaging;
Quality and Security: Ensure delivery of secure, high-performance code following best practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns, and a DevSecOps mindset);
Technical Mentoring: Support the technical development of less-experienced team members;
Agile Culture: Work in multidisciplinary squads using the SAFe framework, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and various business verticals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
Strong experience in software development (with a focus on the Java ecosystem);
Proficiency in microservices architecture and API development;
Full Stack profile with hands-on experience in React;
Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ);
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle and MongoDB);
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and cloud environments;
Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
