About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greenfield Development: Build end-to-end (Full Stack) solutions for the foundation and integrations of the New Pricing Platform (NPP), ensuring high scalability from the outset;
  • Modern Architecture: Translate complex business rules into clean technical solutions using the Java ecosystem, React, and messaging;
  • Quality and Security: Ensure delivery of secure, high-performance code following best practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns, and a DevSecOps mindset);
  • Technical Mentoring: Support the technical development of less-experienced team members;
  • Agile Culture: Work in multidisciplinary squads using the SAFe framework, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and various business verticals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Strong experience in software development (with a focus on the Java ecosystem);
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture and API development;
  • Full Stack profile with hands-on experience in React;
  • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ);
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle and MongoDB);
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and cloud environments;
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
