About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop end-to-end (Full Stack) solutions with a focus on robustness, security, and code quality, following industry best practices;
Perform technical detailing of requirements and architectural definitions, translating business strategies into scalable technical solutions;
Ensure delivery of secure software by identifying technical risks and vulnerabilities in existing systems and mitigating them in the new platform;
Act as a technical mentor, supporting training, continuous growth, and development of your squad's technology team;
Seek to optimize our development workflow using Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot);
Accurately assess effort and risks for implementing new features in the product ecosystem;
Participate in and support the squad in developing features;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in the Java ecosystem and Spring Framework;
Strong skills in developing and integrating APIs and microservices;
Full Stack profile with strong expertise in Angular and/or React (we are currently undergoing a significant migration from Angular to React, so deep knowledge of either technology and willingness to work across the full stack is essential);
Practical experience with messaging systems and queues;
Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud concepts;
Advanced mastery of Clean Code practices, design patterns, and system architecture;
Experience with APM monitoring tools (Datadog);
Mindset focused on DevSecOps practices and test automation.
Differentials:
Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in software development;
Experience in large platform migration projects.
