About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical refinements with the team and support shared decisions on architecture and solution design in AWS.
Lead the development of robust, scalable systems using Java and contribute hands-on to coding.
Serve as a technical point of contact and translator between Information Security, Governance, and Business areas.
Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews and promote best practices (Clean Code, SOLID).
Support automation (CI/CD) and occasionally assist the team with ad hoc front-end maintenance (Angular).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot and related ecosystem).
Hands-on experience with AWS (core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems.
Unit and integration testing with a focus on software resilience.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Angular (only for occasional support).
Experience with or knowledge of Mulesoft.
