About the role

  • Architecture & Evolution: Design high-performance solutions (TLPP, REST, PO-UI and MVC) ensuring ERP modernization.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a reference for the team, establishing coding standards and performing code reviews.
  • Business Partnership: Work with managers to refine scopes and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Integrations: Optimize the API layer (REST/SOAP) between Protheus and specialist systems.
  • Strategic Support: Investigate root causes of complex incidents and ensure environment stability.

Requirements

  • Protheus Expertise: Advanced experience in ADVPL (MVC) and TLPP.
  • Architectural Insight: Deep knowledge of infrastructure (AppServer, DBAccess, Broker) and SQL tuning.
  • Standard-First Mindset: Focus on native features to avoid technical debt.
  • Business Skills: Ability to negotiate deadlines, understand profitability processes, and propose solutions that add value to the company.
  • Work Model: Availability to work on-site 2 to 3 times per week at the Renova unit (Lapa - SP) to stay close to the technical team.
  • Cloud Certifications (Totvs/Azure) and experience in high-scale environments.
