About the role

  • Analyze and build high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure application performance and security, always keeping user experience in mind.
  • Work on evolving system architecture to achieve scalability during peak demand periods (group closings, remittances, bids, etc.).
  • Implement robust tests and keep documentation up to date to ensure service sustainability.
  • Actively participate in incident resolution and troubleshooting, ensuring operational stability.
  • Analyze and develop integrations via APIs with payment partners (PIX, boletos) and credit bureaus for risk analysis.
  • Ensure data consistency between the consortium core and the company's CRM and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) to translate consortium business rules into clear technical requirements.
  • Be part of a vibrant team driving the Consortium Engineering vertical.

Requirements

  • Experience developing microservices.
  • General knowledge of the consortium lifecycle.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Newcon ERP is desirable.
  • Practical experience with messaging systems (Kafka / SQS) for application decoupling.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment on AWS.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL.
  • Skills in observability and tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace) for proactive monitoring.
  • Experience with unit and/or integration testing.
  • Use of Git for version control.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tools (Sonar).
  • Design distributed systems that handle load, tolerate infrastructure (cloud) failures, and recover autonomously without data loss.
  • Implement metrics and tracing to understand system behavior in real time, acting proactively rather than reactively.
  • Ability to translate technical terms for the business while challenging requirements that may be technically infeasible or excessively costly.
