About the role
- Ensure and apply software development best practices in daily work for both frontend and backend (full cycle).
- Maintain and evolve the team's reference architecture, prioritizing initiatives together with the team.
- Keep technical, business, and other corporate stakeholders aligned on the team's demands.
- Serve as a technical reference for the team, mentoring less senior developers.
- Support the business and product areas in roadmap planning and ensure the quality of the technical team's deliveries.
- Not only ensure but establish testing standards (Unit, Integration, and E2E) that guarantee a change in Pricing does not break Issuance.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Architecture or related fields;
- Proficiency with the Protheus environment, specifically the PLS module;
- Ability to organize and analyze business data;
- Experience with observability concepts;
- Ability to design software solutions based on Totvs/Protheus technologies;
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe;
- Self-management skills;
- RESTful APIs and SOAP web services;
- Serverless architecture;
- Relational databases — SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle;
