About the role
- Actively participate in the development of statistical pricing models, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and colleagues to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Monitor model performance in production, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist the team in researching and applying new metrics and modeling techniques, keeping our methods up to date and effective.
- Support the model lifecycle from design through implementation, ensuring proper application and successful deployment of solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Familiarity with data analysis programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and highly motivated to learn and develop in the field.
- Team player able to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of insurance pricing and prior experience on modeling projects.
