About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Speak with prospective students by phone, in person, and virtually about career goals and educational options
- Guide applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience

- Comfort working with goals, follow-ups, and deadlines
- Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of post-secondary or career-focused education preferred
