About the role
- Implementation, configuration and maintenance of analytics solutions and tracking concepts, especially with Google Analytics.
- Ideally experience with Adobe Analytics, Matomo or eTracker.
- Analysis of user behaviour and derivation of actionable recommendations to optimize websites and digital campaigns (conversion rate and funnel optimizations).
- Development of reporting and recommendations based on the diverse needs of our clients.
- Close collaboration with internal teams and clients to understand and implement individual requirements.
- Independent planning and execution of A/B/n tests, for example using Adobe Target.
- A role that you can largely shape yourself and where you can set your own priorities.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge in implementing and using Google Analytics (both client- and server-side), including Tag Manager.
- Good to very good knowledge of A/B testing.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Team player with good communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and clients.
- Passion for digital marketing and a continuous drive for personal development.
- Strong interest in AI and the opportunities it presents (for example, predictive analytics).
- Curiosity and a willingness to try new approaches.
- German language skills at a minimum of C1 level to advise our clients.
