About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Sales team with projects, internal processes, and the department’s administrative routine.
  • Support vehicle registration activities in the Renavam database, and assist with vehicle nationalization and invoicing processes.
  • Assist in preparing support materials for planning sessions. Perform analyses and prepare/update sales performance indicator reports.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of incentive campaigns.
  • Monitor and support the order database audit process.
  • Perform analyses and generally assist in preparing dealership performance reports.
  • Support the development and use of the pre-owned vehicle sales platform, Porsche Finder.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2nd- or 3rd-year university student, preferably studying Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on profile to carry out operational activities and administrative routines.
  • Organized, disciplined, and committed.
  • Enthusiasm for working with a premium sports car brand.
  • Availability to intern 6 hours per day.
  • Availability to work on-site at the office (hybrid work policy).
