About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Product vision and strategy, maximizing the value delivered by agile teams; acting as the primary bridge between business strategy and the development team to ensure deliveries aligned with market needs and company objectives;
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, translating business needs into clear, concise user stories;
- Collaborate directly with development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous delivery of value;
- Act as the voice of the customer, communicating the product vision and the goals of each development cycle (Sprint);
- Conduct interviews, research, and usability tests to deeply understand users' pains and needs;
- Validate deliveries at the end of each cycle, ensuring acceptance criteria and quality standards are met;
- Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related matters, communicating with executive leadership, marketing, sales, support, and other business areas;
- Prioritize initiatives and features based on data, business impact, and user feedback, analyzing quantitative and qualitative information to support decisions and product evolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
- Professional experience: Previous and proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, Product Manager);
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, prioritization, and decision-making skills;
- Management and analysis tools: Familiarity with roadmap tools (Jira, Canva, Miro, Aha!, Productboard) and data analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel);
- Business acumen: Strong business sense and ease of understanding.
- **Differentials:**
- Additional education: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Business, or Marketing;
- Industry experience: Previous experience in agritech / livestock-focused technology sector;
