About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and customize Microsoft Business Central applications to optimize business processes.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and produce technical specifications for customer-specific solutions.
  • Integrate Microsoft Business Central with other business applications and systems.
  • Support migration and upgrade of existing systems to the latest version of Microsoft Business Central.
  • Provide technical support and training for end users to ensure effective system use.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of development experience with Microsoft Business Central
  • Solid knowledge of AL programming and Dynamics NAV
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Basic knowledge of APIs / web services
  • Some exposure to SaaS environments or a clear cloud focus
  • Experience with REST APIs / OData
  • Initial experience with Power Platform
  • Knowledge of .NET / C# (nice to have)
  • Experience in ERP projects (implementation, migration, or further development)
  • Basic understanding of ERP processes (e.g., finance, procurement, sales)
