About the role
- Organize and plan security and guarding duties
- Manage, lead and develop personnel
- Conduct interviews and support candidates through the onboarding process
- Act as point of contact for site security and the client
- Coordinate, control and maintain smooth operations and compliance with contract requirements
- Maintain documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and performance standards
- Oversee and monitor training
Requirements
- IHK-certified Meister for Protection and Security or comparable qualification (required)
- Weapons proficiency/certification according to § 7 of the German Weapons Act (WaffG) (desirable)
- Experience in personnel management and in organizing and planning guarding tasks
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Clean criminal record (certificate of conduct)
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly appearance
- Category B driving licence
- Nuclear regulatory reliability check (Atomrechtliche Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung, AtZüV) (desirable)
