About the role
- Lead all employees deployed within your area of responsibility
- Monitor work processes and ensure compliance with duty instructions
- Coordinate, direct and maintain smooth operations and compliance with contract requirements
- Prepare reports, incident/ damage reports and other documentation
- Implement quality assurance measures
- Train and further educate assigned staff
Requirements
- IHK-certified "Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit"
- Minimum of two years' experience in personnel management as well as in organizing and planning guarding/security tasks
- Weapons proficiency certificate in accordance with § 7 WaffG (desirable, not mandatory)
- Good MS Office skills
- German language skills, spoken and written; basic English
- No criminal record / clean background
- Convincing communication skills and a well-groomed, friendly appearance
- Flexibility with regard to willingness to work rotating shifts
