About the role
- Lead and manage all employees deployed within your area of responsibility
- Monitor work procedures and ensure compliance with service instructions
- Coordinate, direct and maintain smooth operations and contractual requirements
- Prepare reports, incident/damage reports and other documentation
- Implement quality assurance measures
- Train and develop the supervised employees
Requirements
- IHK-certified Master (Meister) in Protection and Security
- Minimum two years of experience in personnel management as well as in organizing and planning guarding/security operations
- Weapons proficiency certification in accordance with § 7 WaffG (desirable, not mandatory)
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent German (spoken and written) / Basic English
- No criminal record / clean personal record
- Convincing communication skills and a professional, friendly appearance
- Flexibility with regard to shift work/rotating shifts
