About the role
- Lead all staff deployed within your area of responsibility
- Monitor duty procedures and ensure compliance with operational instructions
- Coordinate, manage and maintain smooth processes and requirements within the contract
- Prepare reports, damage reports and other documentation
- Implement measures for quality assurance
- Train and further develop supervised employees
Requirements
- IHK-certified Meister in Protection and Security
- At least two years' experience in personnel management and in the organization and planning of security services
- Weapon proficiency in accordance with § 7 WaffG (desirable, not mandatory)
- Good MS Office skills
- German language skills, spoken and written / basic English
- No criminal record / impeccable personal reputation
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly appearance
- Flexibility regarding willingness to work rotating shifts
