About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage accounting end-to-end (GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets)
Oversee period-end closings and IFRS reporting
Supervise tax matters (VAT, corporate income tax, audits)
Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance
Optimize financial processes and systems
Lead and develop the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in finance or equivalent
8–10 years' experience, including team management
Expertise in IFRS, Belgian GAAP and taxation
Experience with French taxation is a plus
Bilingual French/English
