About the role
- Design beautiful, responsive interfaces for web and mobile that will be used by hundreds of thousands of users every day
- Take features from concept to high-fidelity designs and prototypes, then work with engineers to ship them
- Build and refine user flows, wireframes, and visual designs to improve engagement, conversion, and overall product experience
- Rapidly iterate on designs using Figma and other prototyping tools
- Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to shape priorities and influence product direction
- Ensure consistency across the product through design systems and component libraries
Requirements
- Experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong portfolio of responsive web and mobile designs
- Highly proficient with **Figma** (bonus if you’ve worked with design systems and components)
- Skilled at rapid prototyping and testing concepts quickly
- Strong visual and interaction design instincts with attention to detail
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern UX best practices
- Comfortable working closely with developers and understanding how designs translate into code
- Passionate about creating polished, user-centered experiences that make a real impact.
