About the role

  • Build and maintain fullstack systems that enable growth across web and mobile platforms.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop data-driven strategies that acquire, activate, and retain users.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
  • Integrate and manage data pipelines between tools like BigQuery, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to measure success, uncover insights, and guide decision-making.
  • Continuously iterate on growth experiments based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Stay ahead of trends in growth engineering, analytics, and optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total engineering experience, including 3+ years in React and TypeScript
  • Comfortable using analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
  • Skilled in querying languages such as SQL or BigQuery
  • Experienced in designing and running A/B tests and other data-driven experiments
  • Strong communicator with ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
  • Excited to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
  • Passionate about experimentation, data, and building tools that accelerate growth
  • Thrives working autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
