About the role

  • Lead the creation of large scale cross platform products that produce value for our clients
  • Develop and deliver on product roadmaps that align with our client’s vision and product strategy
  • Deeply understand our clients’ needs and be able to produce products that directly meet their objectives
  • Serve as a product expert and voice of the customer
  • Manage stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum - both with client and external partners as well as internal stakeholders for Pollen
  • Manage projects from initiation through production to delivery and ongoing optimisation; including project set up, roadmapping, feature prioritisation, sequencing, sprint planning and ongoing production management and oversight adhering to agency agile methodologies
  • Manage project financials to keep your projects running on budget
  • Complete project documentation to a high professional standard, including proposals, roadmaps, scopes of work and product specifications where required
  • Ensure the highest quality standards and quality control throughout the project, including overseeing internal reviews, QA and testing
  • Collaborate across multiple project teams to plan resourcing for upcoming cycles of work, as well as future resource forecasting
  • Build and strengthen relationships on existing clients, helping nurture and grow existing business
  • To contribute to the development of Pollen culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar producer/product management role
  • A deep understanding of product management practices
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and experience in delivering large web and mobile applications
  • A broad base of skills and knowledge spanning digital technology, strategy and business planning, user experience design, AI implementation, engineering and development practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
  • You’ll possess sound working knowledge of modern AI tooling
  • Strong organisational skills and refined written and oral communication skills so that the team and client knows where everything is at.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills with the ability to communicate and simplify complex technical ideas/solutions
  • Experience managing cross functional teams
  • Previous agency experience would be advantageous
