About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own how we measure and understand marketing performance
  • Set, maintain, and develop the marketing target framework
  • Own marketing performance reporting and testing
  • Drive data-driven processes within Media & Digital Marketing
  • Translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Lead projects such as Media Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Degree in digital marketing, marketing communications, statistics, or equivalent
  • Experience with media mix modelling, attribution, incremental uplift testing, creative testing, and brand tracking
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics such as GA4 and BI platforms
  • Knowledge of media buying platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, or LinkedIn
  • Comfortable working across functions, regions, and seniority levels
  • Familiarity with strategic planning concepts such as Share of Voice, Attention, ESOV and audience-based budget frameworks
