About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive global key account sales performance across assigned accounts and markets
- Lead and manage relationships with global customers, leasing companies, and key stakeholders
- Act as the single point of contact for global tenders and customer engagements
- Coordinate with HQ, regional, and local teams to deliver a consistent commercial approach
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer requirements
- Develop and submit competitive commercial proposals and bespoke terms
- Organize and facilitate vehicle demonstrations and customer presentations
- Maintain accurate customer data, pipeline, and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships across markets
- Act as a brand ambassador for Polestar in all customer interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, or account management
- Strong understanding of tender processes and framework agreements
- Proven experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experienced in working in an international, multicultural environment
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Well-connected within relevant stakeholder networks (e.g. corporate clients, leasing companies)
- Fluent in English
- Able to work independently in a remote, global setup
