About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive global key account sales performance across assigned accounts and markets
  • Lead and manage relationships with global customers, leasing companies, and key stakeholders
  • Act as the single point of contact for global tenders and customer engagements
  • Coordinate with HQ, regional, and local teams to deliver a consistent commercial approach
  • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer requirements
  • Develop and submit competitive commercial proposals and bespoke terms
  • Organize and facilitate vehicle demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Maintain accurate customer data, pipeline, and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships across markets
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Polestar in all customer interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, or account management
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and framework agreements
  • Proven experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experienced in working in an international, multicultural environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Well-connected within relevant stakeholder networks (e.g. corporate clients, leasing companies)
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work independently in a remote, global setup
