About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain E2E test automation across backend, web, Android, and iOS
Collaborate with engineers from day one: review acceptance criteria, catch gaps early, close the loop fast
Monitor quality dashboards and investigate issues through logs and observability tooling. Turn real user issues from Customer Care into permanent regression coverage
Build and evolve QA tooling, and help drive how AI is adopted in testing across Podimo
Actively contribute to the QA community by sharing practices and raising standards across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

You’ve used AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar to build, test, or automate something.
Test automation experience on at least one platform (web or mobile). You don't need to know all of them - you need to know one well enough to learn the next
API testing basics: you can hit an endpoint, read responses, and spot issues
Strong communication in English
