About the role
- As a Sales Manager, you are the engine of our growth.

Requirements
- Sales drive: You have prior experience in sales (ideally in a B2B environment) and thrive on the challenge of acquiring new customers
- Hunter mentality: Independent lead research and cold outreach motivate you rather than deter you
- Strong communicator: You persuade through an open, engaging manner and are comfortable interacting with people
- Organized: You work independently, are well organized and hold a high standard of quality for your CRM work
- Startup spirit: You are flexible, solution-oriented and eager to grow within a young team with flat hierarchies
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written.
