Produce & edit : craft platform-native videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (long-form explainers, demos, interviews, plus Shorts).
Package for performance : write titles/descriptions, suggest thumbnails, and tailor cuts for each platform/ratio.
Collaborate cross-functionally : support launches, feature teasers, customer stories, and founder POV pieces.
Optimize with data : track retention, watch time, engagement and share rates and propose corrective steps.
Requirements
Strong experience creating social-first videos, backed by a solid portfolio.
Can ideate formats (you won’t just cut footage — you’ll shape what gets made).
Understand platform best practices (TikTok vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube/Shorts) and know how to hook in the first 3–5 seconds.
Have command of pacing, story, sound, color, typography, and subtitles.
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
Are open to being the face of select social channels when needed.
Have experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Sora, Kling, Google Veo).
