Develop and maintain our Android Study application and test suites
Work closely with iOS engineers to align our mobile experiences and architectural patterns across platforms
Collaborate with the design team to implement UX changes and inform them of platform-specific behavior
Ideate with PMs to flesh out technical requirements, risks, and complexity
Work with the larger engineering team to develop and iterate on our values, best practices, and code style guidelines

Requirements

6+ years of native Android development experience in Kotlin
Strong knowledge of the Android platform SDK and Jetpack frameworks
XML-based layout proficiency
Experience deploying apps to the Play Store
JUnit testing proficiency
Reactive architectural patterns/RxJava proficiency (preferred)
Experience building UI with Jetpack Compose (preferred)
Kotlin Multiplatform experience (preferred)
Familiar with Android accessibility best practices (preferred)
Familiar with iOS platform and Swift language, and able to understand and provide feedback on iOS code (preferred)
