About the role

  • Provide end-to-end management of ongoing client projects, ensuring adherence to budget, project objectives, quality standards and timelines.
  • Drive the strategic development of current and former client relationships.
  • Actively develop client accounts and serve as the technical counterpart to the sales organization.
  • Take a leading, hands-on role in selected projects.
  • Lead and develop the CPM Consulting team with clear goals and an open, learning-oriented culture.
  • Monitor market, technology and CPM trends proactively to inform the strategic development of the CPM portfolio.

Requirements

  • Extensive, in-depth experience in the finance domain, preferably from Accounting and/or Controlling (management accounting).
  • Ideally experience in a finance line organization (operational finance function).
  • Proven ability to implement and/or actively support tool-based planning and consolidation solutions.
  • Familiarity with common CPM tools such as Tagetik, Acterys or comparable solutions.
  • Strong, sales-oriented mindset.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics or a related field, or equivalent qualification with many years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to inspire people and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
