About the role

  • In this role you combine consulting, project management and client development to ensure that data-driven solutions deliver measurable value for our clients.
  • You advise clients on data and analytics solutions, translate business requirements into actionable technical concepts and support them from idea to implementation.
  • You take responsibility for complex projects with up to 15 project team members, prioritize tasks and ensure results are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • You lead project teams across all phases, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive clear decisions and remain calm under pressure.
  • Building close, trusting client relationships is important to you: you actively develop existing accounts, identify new use cases, position appropriate services and thereby strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • You strengthen the team by sharing your experience, providing methodological and technical guidance, ensuring knowledge transfer and contributing to a professional yet collegial team culture.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 8 years of experience in a technically oriented, international consulting environment, ideally in Data & Analytics.
  • The Microsoft ecosystem is your everyday environment: Cloud, Microsoft Fabric/Azure and on-premises architectures are familiar to you.
  • You have practical experience in Data Engineering and/or reporting and data analysis.
  • You hold a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have independently managed demanding projects, possess strong project management skills and can clearly communicate approaches and the value of your solutions to clients.
  • You are familiar and comfortable with revenue targets.
  • You combine entrepreneurial thinking and action with a clear customer focus.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 40%).
  • Nice-to-have skills: technology knowledge in data platform/BI (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake), experience processing and analyzing large datasets and working with databases (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is an advantage.
