Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all activities connected to Strengthening Families initiatives via Be Strong Families and Family School
Ensure effective execution of Strengthening Families core guidelines, training standards, and community engagement strategies across the entire Child Welfare System
Provide technical assistance to Family School and serve as a liaison for ongoing support
Collaborate with DHS leadership, program staff, and community partners to monitor performance and drive quality improvement
Conduct monthly site visits, monitor program fidelity, and participate in training delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years’ experience in Human Services
Psychology, Behavioral Health Master’s Degree preferred
Previous working experience with the child welfare system
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to function as a reliable, engaged team player
Project planning and execution skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Cultural humility and trauma-informed practice
Data tracking, documentation, and reporting capabilities
Adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
