About the role
- You attentively and lovingly accompany the children through the pedagogical daily routine and proactively help shape the daily schedule in your group.
- You keep hygienic and health-related aspects in mind.
- You create an environment that encourages learning and play and provide targeted, development-promoting stimuli.
- Using a tablet and app, you regularly document your observations on the children’s developmental progress and maintain attendance lists and group diaries.
- You work in partnership with parents: you are their everyday contact person, conduct parent meetings and take part in parent evenings.
- To stay up to date, you regularly participate in team meetings and peer consultations, share your professional knowledge with colleagues, and exchange ideas with experts outside your facility.
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as an educator, childcare worker, social-pedagogical assistant, or a completed degree in Social Work, Educational Sciences, Social Pedagogy, or Childhood Education.
- Flexible availability within our opening hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Openness to digitalization and willingness to work with digital tools.
- Commitment to children’s rights and active child protection.
