About the role
- Serve as regulatory counsel and provide legal counsel on biopharmaceutical product regulations
- Advocate on behalf of PhRMA with FDA, Congress, and other agencies
- Manage and supervise external counsel
- Provide legal counsel to advocacy teams
Requirements
- JD and member of the DC Bar
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience
- Experience with FDA regulatory law
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex high-visibility priorities
- Ability to communicate legal concepts to non-lawyers
