About the role
- End-to-end responsibility for customer projects from the proposal and feasibility analysis phase through to project closure
- Define project scope together with the customer and create WBS, project plan, release and resource planning
- Effort estimation and project costing in close cooperation with the proposal team and Sales
- Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams, including clear assignment of tasks and responsibilities
- Active risk and change management, including evaluation of additional requirements and escalation management
- Financial project control and project reporting (time approvals, cost analyses, project re-calculation) to management and customers
- Initiate and conduct project approvals and ensure compliance with project management processes and quality requirements, including handover of follow-up projects to Key Account Management and Sales
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
- Several years of experience leading complex development and customer projects
- Strong methodological expertise in both traditional and agile project management
- Strong communication and coordination skills at all levels, including experience leading virtual teams
- Ability to quickly grasp technical contexts and translate them into reliable decisions
- Strong results orientation, decisiveness and confident handling of escalations
- Good German and English skills
