About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Building and improving the systems and processes that keep the company running smoothly, from quick fixes to longer-term projects.
Managing cash flow, supporting financial operations and reviewing our banking and treasury positions.
Owning relationships and communication with key suppliers, managing operational contracts and supporting customer accounts.
Running day-to-day people operations, including on-boarding.
Managing data projects for the AI team, from set-up through to delivery.
Supporting the CEO with investor relations.
Keeping company policies and compliance up to date while ensuring documentation and reporting remain on track.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in an operations, business management, consulting, or similar role
A good working knowledge of spreadsheets
Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills and confidence maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Experience managing finances for a start-up or scale-up, or other relevant finance experience/proficiency is nice to have
A working knowledge of Xero accounting software is a plus
An interest in AI is nice to have
