About the role

  • Translate high level business and game concepts into clear, structured technical specifications
  • Analyse game scripts and requirements, identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing details, and consolidate them into actionable clarifications
  • Facilitate requirement related discussions with the Game Studio and internal development teams
  • Create and maintain documentation for new and existing features, processes, and workflows
  • Support the full software development cycle by collaborating closely with the Project Manager and developers
  • Manage and refine the backlog together with the Project Manager, ensuring clarity and priority alignment
  • Perform solution validation, ensuring requirements have been implemented correctly and align with business needs

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a product / technological development company with international exposure
  • Strong communication skills, with an Upper-Intermediate level in English (both written and spoken)
  • Skilled in requirement gathering, structured documentation, and analytical thinking
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
