Senior Performance B2B Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You independently plan, implement, and scale end-to-end performance marketing campaigns for our B2B clients
- You manage and optimize our clients' ad accounts
- You build and maintain tracking setups using GTM, GA4, and server-side tracking
- You identify and target the right B2B audiences
- You develop creatives in collaboration with our design team
- You create executive-friendly reports that company leaders understand
- You monitor and report on the results and impact of your campaigns
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a B2B environment
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory
- Tracking is not a mystery to you – GTM, GA4, Conversion API
- You can explain campaign performance to C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with common marketing stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
