Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in strategic account management or customer success management
- Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in upselling and customer growth
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (business fluent/negotiation level)
- Experience managing enterprise customers and complex stakeholder structures
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS products or AI technologies
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
