- Close coordination with the Creative Director on creative concepts
- Direct line to our clients — you understand their visions and bring them to life
- Independent management and oversight of social media accounts
- Community management and editorial responsibility to maximize reach
- Delight clients through professional collaboration
- Close collaboration with the entire creative team
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and team meetings
- Work together toward goals — constructive, motivated, and results-oriented
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or vocational training in media, communications, marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience developing social media content, particularly on TikTok
- Creative thinker with a strong sense for trends and innovative ideas
- Ability to develop visual concepts and turn them into compelling videos
- Deep understanding of the TikTok platform and its features
- Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools
- Comfortable managing projects independently
- Structured working style and strong organizational skills
- Passion for social media: it’s your home turf — you know the latest trends and developments
