About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will work closely with the founding team of Players for Good and help build a platform at the intersection of basketball, community and social impact.
- Your tasks may include building and managing our social media channels (focus: basketball community).
- Community management and direct communication with our target audience.
- Outreach and customer engagement (e.g., basketball clubs, partners and organizations).
- Communication with non-profits and social-impact partners.
- Support with crowdfunding and growth campaigns.
- Preparation and delivery of product demos for stakeholders.
- Independent project management and operational execution.
- General all‑round support in the day‑to‑day of a startup.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You work in a structured, independent and proactive manner.
- You have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- You are interested in basketball, social impact and startups.
- Initial experience in social media, marketing, sales, project management or NGOs is a plus.
- You are an all‑rounder and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- You think proactively and contribute ideas, rather than just executing tasks.
