About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work closely with the founding team of Players for Good and help build a platform at the intersection of basketball, community and social impact.
Your tasks may include building and managing our social media channels (focus: basketball community).
Community management and direct communication with our target audience.
Outreach and customer engagement (e.g., basketball clubs, partners and organizations).
Communication with non-profits and social-impact partners.
Support with crowdfunding and growth campaigns.
Preparation and delivery of product demos for stakeholders.
Independent project management and operational execution.
General all‑round support in the day‑to‑day of a startup.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You work in a structured, independent and proactive manner.
You have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
You are interested in basketball, social impact and startups.
Initial experience in social media, marketing, sales, project management or NGOs is a plus.
You are an all‑rounder and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
You think proactively and contribute ideas, rather than just executing tasks.
