About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technology leadership: You will share responsibility for selecting and expanding our tech stack.
- Hands-on development: You will take part in developing our app and website and maintain existing digital tools and infrastructure.
- Strategy: You will advise the founding team on all technical questions and plan the scaling of our digital offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of JavaScript, Flutter, or Python is a strong plus, but we are open to your expertise.
- Genuine interest in using technology to create a better life for others, implement non-profit projects, and generate social value.
- You see yourself as part of the extended founding team and will contribute voluntarily with 2–3 hours per week, flexibly, to grow with us.
- Self-initiative, reliability, and a willingness to try new approaches.
- Good German and English skills.
