About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work closely with the founding team at Players for Good and help build a platform at the intersection of basketball, community, and social impact
Your tasks may include: building & managing our social media channels (focus: basketball community)
Community management & direct communication with our target audience
Outreach & customer engagement (e.g., basketball clubs, partners & organizations)
Communication with non-profits and social-impact partners
Supporting crowdfunding and growth campaigns
Preparing & delivering product demos for stakeholders
Independent project management and operational implementation
General all-round support in day-to-day startup operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

You work in a structured, independent, and proactive manner
You have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
You are interested in basketball, social impact, and startups
First experience in social media, marketing, sales, project management, or NGOs is a plus
You are an all-rounder and comfortable in a dynamic environment
You think proactively and contribute ideas instead of just executing tasks
